Merits Health offers a 5-year/limited lifetime frame warranty and 18 months warranty for the motor and electronic components.
Returns
You can request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. For the return, we'll issue a refund for the entire order amount, minus the shipping expenses and a 20% restocking fee.
