Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping Times

Order processing ranges from 1-3 business days for most orders. Typically, for all destinations, delivery time is between 2-13 business days. “If selected, White Glove Delivery typically adds 5–7 business days to the delivery timeline.” These times aren't guarantees, but estimates. Please visit the product page to get the closest estimates. 

Free Gift Package Delivery

If your product comes with a gift package, the package will arrive separately from your product. Typically it arrives within 1-5 business days.

Order Processing

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click the 'Track Your Order' button in your email, and you will be directed to our website and shown exactly where your order is. Or, you may visit our website and click 'Track Your Order' from the menu to follow your shipment’s progress.

Sales Tax?

We don’t charge sales tax except for orders shipped to Tennessee. Since our business is registered in Tennessee, we’re required to collect sales tax for customers in that state. We operate entirely online, and this tax rule may change if state laws or registration requirements change

Who Delivers?

Depending on the product, your order may ship via UPS, FedEx, freight carrier, or a certified delivery technician. Tracking will reflect the carrier used.
