Delivery

What is Standard Residential Delivery? 
Standard residential delivery is completely free. It will be delivered either on the side of the road, your doorstep, your driveway, or the entryway, depending on the product. The product you receive will arrive unassembled in the factor packaging unless otherwise stated on the product listing. You will then be responsible for taking the product into your home or business. You may want White Glove delivery if you want assistance; read below to see what White Glove delivery is.

What is White Glove delivery? 
With White Glove delivery, your product will be brought into your home or business and will be assembled by professionals. Also, trash will be removed once the job is complete. Or your order will be delivered assembled already by the White Glove Technician.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click the 'Track Your Order' button in your email, and you will be directed to our website and shown exactly where your order is. Or, you may visit our website and click 'Track Your Order' from the menu to follow your shipment’s progress.

When will my order ship and arrive? 
Order processing ranges from 1-3 business days for most orders. Typically, for all destinations, delivery time is between 2-13 business days. “If selected, White Glove Delivery typically adds 5–7 business days to the delivery timeline.” These times aren't guarantees, but estimates. Please visit the product page to get the closest estimates. 

Where do you ship your products from? 
We ship our products from our supplier's warehouses directly to you. 

Are your items listed in stock? 
We update our items as often as possible. Although it is rare, it is possible for our manufacturers to run out of stock before we update our stock. In this case, we contact you to inform you it's out of stock and give you an estimate on when it comes back in to stock.

Do you charge sales tax?
We don’t charge sales tax except for orders shipped to Tennessee. Since our business is registered in Tennessee, we’re required to collect sales tax for customers in that state. We operate entirely online, and this tax rule may change if state laws or registration requirements change

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

What happens if my product is damaged upon delivery?
You can request an exchange if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us to initiate an exchange at sales@themobilityhome.com. For more information on exchanges, please visit our Return and Refund Policy.

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
In the rare instance that you do not like your product, you can get a refund. To find the exact information for returning your product and getting a refund, please refer to the specific individual product page you purchased from. Specifically, scroll to the bottom of the product page to see the return policy for your product.

Generally, on most products, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Most returned products are subject up to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping costs to the manufacturer are also your responsibility.

Is your website secure with my personal information? 
Yes, we are very serious when it comes to keeping your personal information safe. We use SSL security to ensure that your personal information is encrypted and safe. We do not store your credit card information in our system; it is used once only with the purchase of your product. After the transaction, your credit card information will be gone.

What happens if I want to change the address after I place my order? 
If you need to change the address to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once in transit, but we encourage you to call us so we can try our best to come up with a solution.
