Is your website secure with my personal information?
Yes, we are very serious when it comes to keeping your personal information safe. We use SSL security to ensure that your personal information is encrypted and safe. We do not store your credit card information in our system; it is used once only with the purchase of your product. After the transaction, your credit card information will be gone.
What is Standard Residential Delivery?
Standard residential delivery is completely free. It will be delivered either on the side of the road, your doorstep, your driveway, or the entryway, depending on the product. The product you receive will arrive unassembled in the factor packaging unless otherwise stated on the product listing. You will then be responsible for taking the product into your home or business. You may want White Glove delivery if you want assistance; read below to see what White Glove delivery is.
What is White Glove delivery?
With White Glove delivery, your product will be brought into your home or business and will be assembled by professionals. Also, trash will be removed once the job is complete. Or your order will be delivered assembled already by the White Glove Technician.
Are your items listed in stock?
We update our items as often as possible. However, it is possible for our manufacturers to run out of stock before we catch that. As soon as we receive your order, we contact our manufacturer to see if it is available and in stock.
Do you charge sales tax?
All states are tax-free, except for Tennessee. We are required to collect sales tax in the state of Tennessee because we have a physical presence in the state. This is subject to change at any time.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Shipping times range from 1-3 business days for most orders. Delivery occurs 3-10 business days after processing. Typically, all destinations estimated delivery time is between 4 and 13 business days. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate.
Where do you ship your products from?
We ship our products directly from our manufacturers warehouse across the United States.
What happens if my product is damaged upon delivery?
You can request an exchange if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us to initiate an exchange at sales@themobilityhome.com.
What happens if I want to change the address after I place my order?
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the address to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
In the rare instance that you do not like your product, you can get a refund. To find the exact information for returning your product and getting a refund, please refer to the specific individual product page you purchased from. Specifically, scroll to the bottom of the product page to see the return policy for your product.
Generally, on most products, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Most returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs to the manufacturer are also your responsibility.
