How To Request a Part or Battery

You can call us at 844 465 6956 or email us at sales@themobilityhome.com to request a part or battery for your specific model. Please continue reading for specific instructions

You may also call or email us if you have a problem with your mobility device and we will help you diagnose the problem and order the correct parts for your needs. And don't worry about installing it. We can hire a local certified technician to install the part for you (Fees apply). And if we can't figure out the problem (we always do!), we can hire a local certified technician to diagnose and order any parts you may need.

Have the following questions answered and ready to communicate if you know what part you need or if you don't know what part you need.


Protection Plans:
If you need to file a claim for your protection warranty that you purchased through CPS, contact CPS through this link: https://www.cpscentral.com/how-to-file-a-claim/. Tell them your problem, and they will fix it. If you have any problems with this process, give us a call and we will guide you through the process.
