Free Shipping
We have Free Shipping on all orders.
Shipping Times
Order processing ranges from 1-3 business days for most orders. Typically, for all destinations, delivery time is between 4-13 business days. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate.
Free Gift Package Delivery
If your product comes with a gift package, the package will arrive separately from your product. Typically it arrives within 1-5 days.
Order Processing
When your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number via email. Simply click the 'Track your order button' in your email, and you will be directed to our website and shown exactly where your order is. Or, you may visit our website and click 'Track Your Order' on our menu to see where your order is.
Sales Tax?
We have no sales tax on all orders except for Tennessee, we are required to collect sales tax in Tennessee because we have a physical presence in the state. This is subject to change at any time.
Returns
At The Mobility Home, our mission is to ensure that you make an educated purchase for your needs. However, you may receive a product that doesn’t work for you.
If you want to return an item, please review the Return Policy for your individual product on its product page. Specifically, scroll to the bottom of the product page to see the return policy for your product. There, you will find the return conditions for your product.

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If it's damaged or incorrect, please refuse the delivery. If the product was delivered without requiring a signature and is damaged or incorrect, please contact Mobility Home Customer Service.
Once the delivery has been accepted, the following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and restocking fee
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be New and unused. It muse include all parts, accessories, and paperwork,
- All Accessories included in the products box must be returned. Ex. Chargers, Baskets, Keys. Accessories that are not included in the products, those purchased separately, do not need to be returned.
- Free gifts of returned products cannot be returned with the order. The cost of these gifts will be deducted from the original return amount.
- The outgoing freight delivery services such as white glove delivery or in home installment cannot be refunded
Return Process
- Request an RA (return authorization) from The Mobility Home within the product’s return window.
- The easiest way to get an RA Number is by emailing us at Sales@themobilityhome.com or by calling us at 1-833-465-6956
- Once the RA has been issue from The Mobility Home, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA
- When the product is received, it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. The inspection may take up to 4 weeks: However, it typically takes 7-10 business days. If the item shows signs of use, then we can not issue you a refund. You are responsible for shipping fees to get the item back.
- When your refund is approved, you will be refunded, minus any restocking fees and shipping/handling to your original form of payment. Typically, you will recieve your refund within 10 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RA number will not be credited
Return Window
On most products, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The Return Window ranges from 7-30 days depending upon the product.
Restocking Fee
Most returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee ranges from 0%-30% depending upon the product.
Refunds
When your refund is approved, you will be refunded, minus any restocking fees and shipping/handling to your original form of payment. Typically, you will recieve your refund within 10 business days.
Return Shipping
The return freight and shipping method is the customer’s responsibility. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance to protect against shipping damages.
Please carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your RA number. If the Item is returned to the wrong address, The Mobility Home, reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us to initiate an exchange at sales@themobilityhome.com
Cancellations
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA number, and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit, and generally a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Chargebacks Policy
If you encounter any problems with your product, please contact us for assistance with any issues, before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can delay resolutions, and may lead to complications or legal consequences if fraudulent. We are committed to solving any concerns fairly.
