• The Item must be identical, including the brand, model, and condition

• The item must be in stock on the competitor's site from which you are submitting the information.

• The competitor must be an online store without a physical retail location (warehouse, showroom, or physical site).

• Wholesale, liquidator, distributor, or auction websites (e.g., eBay, overstock etc.) are not eligible.

• The competitor must be authorized by the supplier and/or manufacturer to resell the product you are inquiring about.
