Does my scooter arrive fully assembled?

Your scooter will arrive almost fully assembled. When your scooter arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.

Can my scooter go on an airplane or cruise?

Yes. The 12AH (288WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my scooter?

Yes. The Z-4 scooter can operate without battery. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage motor by pulling the levers on the motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your scooter to free wheel mode.

Does the armrest raise?

Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push you scooter closer to a table

How do I charge the battery?

The lithium-ion battery can be charged through directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet.

Can I use my scooter on dirt and grass?
Yes. The Z-4 can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease.

Everything It Is Advertised To Be! Easy To Assemble/Disassemble, User Friendly, & Plenty Fast.

My wife was apprehensive about Owning a Scooter, versus renting or using the Mart-Carts at the supermarket. This unit has totally changed her mind and has given her a new sense of freedom. It breaks down into easily managed pieces to load or unload from the car and goes together just as easy. Just beware that in "rabbit" mode (speed turn dial) the unit is very quick even at the top of the 330 pound load rating, and care should be taken to familiarize the user to the handling before venturing into "full speed" territory. She has used it a few times so far, for maybe 4-5 miles max, and it is still reading as a full charge. We are eager to see how it does longer term with longer distance trips and multiple uses before taking the battery in the house (easy to pop off) and charge it.

Amazing!!!!

Best wheelchair I have ever used! The reclining feature is awesome and allows for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the headrest is an added convenience for my strained neck and upper back. More battery power and lasts longer for extended use. Glides evenly over flat surfaces, but navigates rougher terrain with ease. Love it!!!

Very Nice Chair

UPDATED - Black Cushion Does Not Have Red Stitching. :(

The chair seems solid, getting it out of the package, unfolded, and charging was easy even for someone with heart issues.

My only complaint, and I mean ONLY complaint, is that I ordered the black cushion with the red stitches to match the red and black frame.

The black cushion has beige/taupe sitches, not red. :(

See the optional wheelchair cover, it's that color.

**UPDATED** I spoke with Eric in customer service who indicated that the red stitching is the OLD color, they just haven't updated the photos on the listing yet.

They were able to find me a set with the red stitching and ship it out.

I am an EE. I have troubleshot products for many years. We bought your S1 scooter for my wife. I have had the opportunity to use it myself. I have looked over the product and find that your engineering dept. has done a wonderful job of engineering. I could not find fault with any of the design. Full Turning Radius

Typically with my triangular SoLite, I can turn around in a 4 foot wide hall with some room to spare. Example:If a person stands about 6 Inches away from my side, I can turn a circle around them while staying just about six inches from them.

I have even performed demonstration square dancing on my "SoLite" at the National Square Dance Convention. It's turning radius turns almost 50% tighter than rectangular four wheel scooters.
