No, all lead-acid batteries are not airplane compliant.

Can my mobility scooter be used in the rain?

Yes, you can ride your scooter in the rain. Stay at home if it is snowing or icy! Keep in mind that ice, snow, and slippery surfaces such as manhole covers, wet grass, and drains can have an impact on braking and steering. Always exercise extreme caution. We do recommend that you try to avoid heavy downpours as this can cause water damage to the scooter; if you do get caught in the rain, we highly recommend that you thoroughly dry the scooter when you get home.

Will my order arrive assembled?

Your Scooter will arrive Pre-Assembled. You will only have to connect the batteries and pop the seat. It’s tool free.

Do I need to pay extra for charger and battery?

The batteries and charger prices are included in the prices listed on our site for scooters.

Can I push manually if battery fails?

Yes, the scooter can be pushed to move.

How long does it take to fullly charge the batteries?

Battery charging takes an average of 6 to 8 hours.

One-Year Limited Warranty

All electrical parts, including controllers and battery chargers. Drivetrain, including transaxle, motor, and brake.

Half-Year Limited Warranty

The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer.

You can request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. For the return, we'll issue a refund for the entire order amount, minus the shipping expenses and a 30% restocking fee. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
