The warranty period of our bikes is one year and the warranty period of easy-to-wear parts is half a year. We are not responsible for man-made damage. If there is a problem with the product itself, we will be responsible for it free of charge.

Returns

Aostirmotor Returns:

You can request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. For the return, we'll issue a refund for the entire order amount, minus the shipping expenses and a 15% restocking fee. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

We default to all manufacturer return policies for all orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@themobilityhome.com. The return process will depend on the manufacturer, so please let us know the item that you would like to return and we will assist you from there.

We default to all individual manufacturer warranty policies for any given product. 

Damages:

Upon receiving your items, please inspect the packaging for any damage and report it immediately when signing for delivery. Photos of damage, along with box and SKU information, should be emailed to sales@themobilityhome.com within 24 hours for a valid claim. Punctures or visible exterior damage must also be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty:

Different products have varying warranties; please refer to the product page for specific details. Warranty-related damage typically results from product use over time, and it's important to report any initial damage within 30 days of receipt for a valid warranty claim.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@themobilityhome.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us promptly, before it is shipped from our warehouse, and we will provide a full refund (with some exceptions). Cancellations of Custom and Made-to-Order Orders:

Custom-made and made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded since they are specially crafted based on your request and production begins upon receiving your order. If you are uncertain whether your order falls into this category, please reach out to us via message or phone for clarification.

All sales of custom-made and made-to-order products are final.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Chargebacks:

Our team is dedicated to helping you resolve any issues promptly. We have designed our policies to be fair and flexible, committed to working with you to find solutions. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft and may result in criminal liability. If you encounter any problems with your product, please contact us for assistance rather than filing a chargeback. We appreciate your business and aim to provide the best possible service.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Times:

We strive to provide accurate estimated shipping times on product pages, based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. However, unforeseen delays beyond our control can occur. Typical shipping times range from 7-10 days. In case of any delay with your order, we appreciate your patience, and we are committed to delivering your order as promptly as possible.

• You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and reporting any damage within 24 hours, including photographic evidence.

• If your order has left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible.
