Upon verification, we'll promptly refund the difference to your original payment, no questions asked. Your satisfaction and confidence in our pricing are our top priorities.

When will my order Ship?

The delivery time frame for your order depends on its status, and we offer various options to keep you informed:

In Stock & Ready to Ship: Your order in this category will typically ship from our warehouse or vendor within 2-5 business days. Please note that certain vendors may exceed this time frame, with lead times of up to 3 weeks.

Exclusive Pre-Orders or ETA Dates: If you opt for a pre-order, it means the item is not currently in stock, but we have secured an allotted amount from the vendor with an estimated shipping time frame.

The product page will display the Estimated Arrival, indicating when the item is expected to be deliverd. Once the shipping process commences, orders usually take 4-8 business days to reach customers. For further details, the order confirmation sent via email will also include the expected shipping time frame, ensuring you stay informed at every step of the process.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty. 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? 

You can. We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our Guarantee: Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at contact us page and we will respond as soon as possible to assist with the process.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged? 

We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
