Mototec Warranty

Warranty is limited to replacement of faulty part and does not cover shipping cost of parts.

Mototec and Uberscoot offer a 3 month part replacement warranty. If you are experiencing issues with your purchase submit a request to sales@themobilityhome.com. Mototec does not return defective product, we find a solution to get the product working by sending out replacement parts or a replacement product. 

If their is visible damage or defects, please include all pictures in your email. 

MotoTec Returns

You can request a return within ten (10) days of receiving your purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. For the return, we'll issue a refund for the entire order amount, minus the shipping expenses and a 10% restocking fee. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
