What is the Rollz Motion Performance meant for?

The Rollz Motion Performance is the outdoor version of the Rollz Motion. This rollator walker and wheelchair in one has air tires that reduce the vibrations when you walk on bumpy ground or in the forest. The armrests are thicker and are more comfortable when you sit in the wheelchair, same for the seat of the wheelchair; it has more padding in the front of the seat cushion. With some extra reflective linings, this rollator walker makes you visible in the dark.

How do I pump the air tires?

The tires can be pumped with a handpump or a pump for car tires. The valve can be pushed to the outside for better access. After removing the cap of the valve and attaching the pump to the valve, you can fill the tires with air. The front wheels can be filled to 4,5 Bar or 65,3 PSI and the back wheels can be filled till 2,5 Bar or 26,3 PSI.

What is the maximum weight capacity of the Rollz Motion Performance?

The maximum weight capacity is 275 lb. and the Rollz Motion Performance can only carry one person at a time. Rollz International cannot guarantee your safety when there is more than one person sitting on it.

How do I unfold the Rollz Motion?

To unfold the Rollz Motion you need to pull apart the two sides of the frame. When the rollator walker is almost completely unfolded, push the seat down with your hand until it clicks to the frame. As the seat is locked in its position, place the cushion back on it and you can now start using it again.

The Rollz Motion Rhythm handles containing the vibrating part are covered by 12 months warranty. You can view the entire warranty by clicking here.

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:
a. if the customer has made or ordered changes or repairs without prior written permission from Rollz or the supplier;
b. when defects have been caused by neglect or an accident and / or use or maintenance, other than what is stated in the manual;
c. if the serial number is damaged or removed;
d. if the damage to the product is the result of normal wear and tear.
