To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to Moto Tec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

For the return, Moto Tec will issue a refund for the entire order amount, minus the shipping expenses and a 10% restocking fee. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
